MICROWAVE CORPORATION INTRODUCES C-RAM ABSORBERS

Microwave Corporation has introduced its C-RAM AR and C-RAM
MT absorbers for RF-modes suppression in cabinets and base
stations. The
C-RAM MT series are lightweight flexible foams with a broad
range of dielectric loss that will lower the Q in cavities;
attenuate surface currents and absorb stray RF energy.
C-RAM
MT is also available in a fire retardant version.C-RAM AR
reticulated foam offers broadband performance and is recommended
for high humidity or moisture environments.
Each
system is made with a neoprene composition for high electrical
performance and eliminates the carbon rub off common to
carbon treated products. Both products are available in
a variety of thickness to meet electrical and space requirements.
The
standard dimension is 24 inches x 24 inches but larger sizes
up to 72 inches is available. Custom cut fabrication is
available as well as peel-and-stick adhesive backing for
ease of assembly.
