oriented team players. We are currently looking for the following
people:
Sales
Manager, Microwave Materials
Responsible
for sales of our RF absorbing and dielectric materials worldwide.
Manage key customer accounts, oversee our worldwide representative
network, write technical proposals and quotations, manage our
advertising and marketing campaigns, oversee the customer service
group, and find new opportunities for sales growth. Travel will
be about 25+%. You must be able to make technical sales to engineers,
champion new opportunities internally with engineering and manufacturing
teams, and be a motivated self-starter.
Ideal candidate
will have a Bachelor’s Degree in a science or engineering
discipline. Experience in technical sales in an RF related industry
is critical. 10+ years technical sales experience, selling to
aerospace, telecommunications and electronics engineers, is highly
desired. You must be comfortable wearing many hats in a small
company environment, and be results oriented.
Materials
and Process Engineer
Responsibilities
include process design; providing technical input to proposals;
engineering development, implementation and review; process trouble
shooting; failure analysis; and providing technical services.
This is an
opportunity to enjoy a high-visibility position and see your efforts
come to fruition. Your role includes participation from project
inception to implementation.
Ideal candidate
will have a BS in Composite, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering,
with 3-5 years experience supporting production operations. A
knowledge of composites processing (laminations, vacuum-bagging,
molding) is desired. Strong technical skills and experience in
an ISO-9001 environment are a plus.
Anechoic
Chambers Sales Engineer
Reporting
to the Sales Manager of Anechoic Chambers, you will prepare proposals
and quotations for anechoic chamber projects. This includes occasional
visits to customer sites as required, strong technical writing
ability, willingness to learn the art and science of anechoic
chamber design, and knowledge of simple 2-D CAD drawing. Once
contracts are received, you will oversee contract review, project
planning, and the smooth transition of jobs to manufacturing.
Ideal candidate
will have a BS in Engineering, 3+ years experience in technical
proposal writing, good presentation skills, and an ability to
work well in a project team.
Project
Technicians
We have several
openings for project technicians. Working as an interface between
Engineering and Manufacturing groups, you will champion production
jobs which require multiple operations across departments, complex
processes, sub-contracting and ordering raw materials. You will
need to manage your time between multiple projects, read and understand
technical drawings and specifications, and be able to think logically
and creatively.
Ideal candidate
will have an Associate’s Degree in a technical field, or
equivalent experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment
