Cuming Microwave Corporation offers its customers a full range of capabilities including; absorber manufacturing, chamber design, construction and anechoic verification testing. With our in-house staff and worldwide technical staff, Cuming Microwave Corporation is ready to assist you.



Engineering
The first step in planning for a test facility, is the design of an anechoic room that meets not only your test requirements, but your budget as well. Cuming Microwave Corporation provides a highly detailed and engineered design using computer models and years of experience to develop a proper design for your needs. Using a CAD/CAM system, a complete layout of absorber is provided with each order for proper placement of absorber types and for ease of installation by the installation team.





Manufacturing
Cuming Microwave Corporation manufacturing department utilizes state-of-the-art-computerized equipment in fabricating fire retardant, NRL grade absorber.

Quality Insurance
Cuming Microwave Corporation's Quality Department certifies materials according to MIL- 45208A. Quality is stressed throughout the manufacturing process, from checking in-coming raw materials, in-line checks to final inspection. Documentation of operating and test procedures is utilized to ensure compliance with Quality Standards. Our test plan includes 100% inspection of all pieces for electrical and physical characteristics.

Installation
Cuming Microwave Corporation offers customers' options from self-installation of the anechoic material to building a turnkey facility. Our experienced contractors can build a RF shielded room, install C-RAM absorber and complete the finishing. We work closely with customers' facility personnel to ensure proper connection of electrical, mechanical and fire protection systems. Cuming Microwave Corporation uses independent test companies to certify the final performance of the anechoic facility to design requirements.
